Rick has more than 20 years of operations and client service experience with OSC, holding positions such as SVP, Client Services – where he oversaw national accounts – and SVP, Operations. As Chief Operations Officer, Rick leads the Call Center, escrow, training and development, and data entry teams and works closely with client services to ensure overall service level agreements are met in a quality and timely manner. Before joining OSC, Rick served as the Director of Insurance Licensing for WMA and began his career with Wachovia Bank. Rick is a graduate of the University of Alabama’s Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration with a degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management.
