My role is to help us connect the pieces in the most efficient, consistent and quality manner so that we can exceed our clients’ expectations today and tomorrow.
Courtney leads critical OSC initiatives spanning diverse operations and integrated technology platforms and manages the company’s project portfolio and Software Development, Project Management, and Implementations teams. With over 25 years leading teams and initiatives in the financial industry, Courtney works alongside the functional leaders of OSC and our clients and agents to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Her team is dedicated to achieving continuous product and process enhancements, resulting in satisfied clients, borrowers, agents, and insureds. Previously, she managed sales, project management, and process improvement teams for Wells Fargo.
