Cheryl is an experienced financial services insurance executive having worked on the servicing and “client-side” of the industry over the last three decades. Her expert knowledge in all things mortgage insurance related is a tremendous asset for OSC clients. At OSC, she provides counsel and support to complex client portfolios and key third-party integrations, and works closely with the Operations team to ensure clients’ success. With Cheryl’s experience in both servicing and as a service provider, she understands the challenges that come with insurance and escrow administration and therefore is very involved in the development and scope for new enhancements and workstations. Prior to joining OSC, Cheryl worked for QBE (now National General) where she held the positions of First Vice President and Vice President, Executive Relationship Manager for 13 years. The first half of her career was spent with Great Western/Washington Mutual where she last held the position of Vice President of Escrow Administration.
